Technical Product Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of technical analysts, business analysts, developers, and product QA teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing technology product roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs.

Job Description

The Technical Product Manager-Lead owns end-to-end technology product delivery, leading and inspiring the working team. To be successful in this role, you must be empowered to influence and challenge stakeholders as necessary to mitigate biases and ensure the most appropriate, efficient, and optimal solution is delivered to solve the business and end users' challenges.

  • Develop technology product roadmaps and prioritize backlogs.
  • Deeply understand the business goals, challenges, including end-user needs.
  • Apply deep product domain knowledge, partner closely with the business, senior technical product management team, technical, and delivery teams as needed to ensure value delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of technical product management or relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 8+ years relevant experience with a Master's degree.
  • An experienced professional with a full understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules specifically in Source to Pay (e.g., Purchasing/Sourcing, Accounts Payables, Bank, Taxes) and Acquire to Retire (e.g., Projects, Asset Management) modules of Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Hands-on experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud Finance modules. In-depth understanding of financial flows and business processes in financial management.
  • BIP reporting, FBDI, and OIC integration working knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Cloud information architecture patterns, software development processes, and data processing methodologies.
  • Oracle certifications preferred.
