Financial Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic recommendations for business growth.
Key areas of focus include:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Preparing accurate year-end financial statements.
- Handling GST-related matters and ensuring timely compliance.
- Managing foreign Letters of Credit (LCs) and understanding related import/export regulations.
- Liaising with banks for credit renewals and maintaining strong banking relationships.
- Coordinating with external and internal auditors.
Additional requirements include:
- CMA Semi-qualified or CA qualification.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in the infrastructure sector.
- Proven experience in handling GST compliance.
- Knowledge in managing foreign LCs and RBI regulations.
- Experience in preparing financial statements and conducting financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
Desirable skills include:
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
