Job Description

We are seeking a skilled finance professional to join our team as a Finance Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in finance, with a strong background in accounting procedures, taxation, and statutory compliance. They should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop their team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer accounting operations to meet legal requirements.
  • Manage accounting activities, including MIS reporting, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
  • Support corporate budget and forecasting activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of US GAAP and accounting procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience in QuickBooks, Zoho, and Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in finance/accounts with 2-3 years of people management experience.
  • Commerce Graduate, preferably Qualified/Semi-Qualified CA/CMA.
