Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced financial operations manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, including accounting, governance, and customer/stakeholder interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a robust governance process for accurate revenue recognition in adherence to contracts.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for reporting to internal management and investors.
- Record and manage accounting entries and transactions for period close activities.
- Ensure timely collections from customers.
- Manage customer and stakeholder interactions effectively.
- Generate invoices and credit notes in line with contractual terms.
- Update and maintain month-end schedules and reports.
- Prepare audit schedules and resolve vendor and asset management queries.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in finance or commerce with expertise in accounting.
- 4-5 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable/asset management.
- Working knowledge of local Indian financial reporting and tax compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- High degree of ownership.
