We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and taxation.

Job Description:

The Financial Manager will be responsible for reviewing and finalizing financial statements, managing tax-related matters, and participating in investment committee meetings. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and coordinate standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS / IGAAP requirements.
  • Manage all Tax related matters including GST, Direct Tax, and Tax Audit.
  • Review quarterly and year-to-date financial results for presentation to the Board of Directors.
  • Participate in Investment Committee meetings and monitor investments and IPS compliance.
  • Review reports and data and coordinate with the corporate tax team for statutory compliances – tax returns.
Requirements:
  1. A qualified CA with over 12 years of comprehensive experience in Finance & Accounts.
  2. Experience in Finalization of Accounts, Financial reporting & MIS, Financial controls improvement, Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance & Profitability Analysis, Treasury Management, Fund raising, Income Tax, GST compliance, Auditing, RBI compliance.
  3. Proven experience working in NBFC.
