Financial Management Role
">- The Accountant will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and ledgers.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain compliance with statutory requirements, taxation laws, and audit processes.
- Coordinate with management teams and auditors for effective financial planning.
Responsibilities:
">- Utilize accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/Zoho or similar) to maintain accuracy and transparency in financial data.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to improve institutional efficiency and profitability.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Prepare engaging financial reports and presentations for management teams, highlighting key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience as an Accountant, Accounts Executive, or in a similar finance role is necessary.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and compliance regulations is essential.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel is expected.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required for this position.
