Financial Operations Manager

This is a pivotal position that demands a strong foundation in accounting and international financial reporting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement the overall accounting strategy, overseeing day-to-day finance operations across multiple entities.
- Manage core accounting functions including general ledger, payroll, utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Handle reconciliations related to capital assets, trust accounts, check runs, fixed asset activity, and debt activity.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to generate timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, policies, and procedures while maintaining a deep understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Drive timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures as per company expectations.
- Collaborate with the finance team and management to align with departmental and organizational goals.
We are looking for an experienced professional with:
- A strong background in accounting, preferably CA / CMA / ICWA qualified or semi-qualified professionals with 8 - 9 years of relevant combined experience.
- Proven experience in overseeing accounting operations and managing general ledger processes across multiple entities.
- Solid understanding of Income Tax and GST provisions, with practical application to day-to-day transactions.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently across teams and with leadership.
- Hands-on experience with ZOHO and Tally is essential, with Zoho certification required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
