Job Title: NOC Engineer - A2P Messaging

This is a full-time, remote role for a NOC Engineer - A2P Messaging.

The successful candidate will monitor and maintain network operations, manage and troubleshoot technical issues, ensure network security, and provide technical support to clients.

We are seeking a seasoned professional who can engage in proactive network maintenance, immediate issue resolution, and supporting enterprise-level communication and messaging solutions.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols
  • Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills, ability to work flexible hours, good written and verbal communication skills, advanced project management skills, ability to work well under pressure, team player with strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Area of Expertise:

  • SMSC, SMPP, A2P Messaging
