Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced technical project manager to lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3–4 years in project management roles.
  • They should have strong experience in MDM Informatica projects, including implementation, enhancement, or support.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation is a must.
  • A strong knowledge of data management concepts, data governance, and data quality is required.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is also necessary.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities are also a must.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  3. Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and timeline management.
  4. Ensure timely delivery of projects, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors and customers.
  7. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements:

  1. 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3–4 years in project management roles.
