Job Title: Assistant Manager

At RSPL Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our PR and communication activities, developing creative content, and enhancing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute PR campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align creative strategies with our overall brand objectives.
  • Create compelling content for various media platforms, including press releases, blog posts, and social media.
  • Oversee the production of visual content, such as videos, graphics, and photography.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns that engage our audience and enhance our brand visibility.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and public sentiment, responding as necessary.
  • Organize and manage events, including press conferences, product launches, and community outreach activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, from venue selection to promotional materials.
Requirements:
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
  • Experience in multimedia production (video editing, graphic design) is a plus.
  • A master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Media Studies.
  • 3+ years relevant experience in creative media or digital marketing can be beneficial.
