International Voice Process Training Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated process training expert to join our organization.

About the Role:

The Process Training Manager will be responsible for identifying and assessing future and current training needs, developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver customized training programs that address the needs and expectations of our team members.
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
  • Schedule training sessions, organize information cascades, and other interventions for teams.
  • Review existing training materials and manuals to determine appropriateness and relevance and update accordingly.

Requirements:

  • A seasoned training professional with experience in international voice processes.
  • Possess a passion for developing and implementing effective training programs.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
