We are seeking a seasoned executive to drive engineering best practices across the organization, focusing on code quality, automation, reliability, and performance.

  • The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain tools, frameworks, and dashboards to enhance software development lifecycle (SDLC) efficiency.
  • They will collaborate with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for technical improvement.
  • A champion of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices, this individual will automate build, test, and deployment pipelines.
  • They will promote and facilitate adoption of modern development practices such as test-driven development (TDD), pair programming, and code reviews.
  • The successful candidate will lead initiatives to improve engineering onboarding, knowledge sharing, and documentation standards.
  • They will analyze engineering metrics (e.g., deployment frequency, mean time to recovery, code coverage) and provide actionable insights.
  • This role will serve as a liaison between engineering, DevOps, QA, and product management to align on technical excellence goals.
  • The engineer will conduct regular assessments and audits of engineering practices, tools, and technologies.

Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging tools is essential to continuously enhance engineering effectiveness.

Key qualifications include:

Bachelor of Engineering degree

5-7 years of experience in a related field

Hands-on experience with biopharma equipment

Strong understanding of operational and process excellence
