Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing purchase orders, resolving order issues, and maintaining vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Purchase Orders (POs) with vendors using electronic ordering methods
  • Resolve order issues with clients and vendors
  • Expedite delivery of purchase orders and follow up with vendors
  • Maintain vendor relationships to meet client performance, efficiency, and pricing requirements
  • Research past orders to resolve issues and reconcile open PO transactions
  • Develop familiarity with IT vendors and make sourcing decisions
  • Issue quotes and interact with customers
  • Create parts and vendors
  • Reconcile vendor invoices and set up for payment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Business Administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to learn fast and apply new information
  • Ability to work effectively within all levels of an organization
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Detail oriented with ability to multitask
