Customer Experience Lead

A seasoned professional with a knack for delivering top-notch customer service is required to drive excellence in our Customer Experience team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster exceptional relationships through multi-channel engagement, ensuring timely and relevant interactions.
  • Promote customer advocacy by actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve product issues by analyzing scenarios and implementing effective workarounds.
  • Maintain a robust knowledge base by regularly updating internal systems with valuable insights from technical issues and customer conversations.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance product offerings, sharing feature requests and innovative ideas.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by informing customers about new features and functionalities as soon as they're available.
  • Ensure seamless resolution by following up with customers to confirm smooth delivery on their end.
  • Ambassadorial role: collect feedback directly from customers and share these insights with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience required: at least 2 years in a customer-facing role or fresh talent with exceptional communication skills.
  • Versatile support: able to handle calls, chats, emails, and other touchpoints with ease.

  • Tech-savvy: familiar with help desk software, remote support tools, and CRM systems.
