Job Title: Deputy General Manager

As a Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's production floor. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Responsibilities:
  • To manage and lead the IPQA team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • To oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems to ensure consistent high-quality products.
  • To conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • To develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including production staff, suppliers, and customers.
  • To contribute to the development of business strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.
