Oracle HCM Cloud Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-based HR systems, with expertise in payroll, benefits, time and absence, and talent management.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Implementation: Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions from initial requirement gathering to post-deployment support.
  • Solution Design: Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet business requirements, including payroll, benefits, time and absence, and talent management.
  • Configuration and Testing: Configure and test Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • User Adoption: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong Business Acumen: Excellent understanding of business processes and ability to map them to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical skills in Oracle HCM Cloud, including payroll, benefits, time and absence, and talent management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management: Proven project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
