Documentation Specialist

As a key member of our documentation team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical content that accurately and concisely communicates complex information to various audiences. Your primary goal will be to document new features and maintain existing documentation versions, including user guides, FAQs, and product technical overviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with company standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of technical documentation with a focus on clarity, completeness, accuracy, and usability.
  • Obtain product information from agile meetings, specifications, supplemental material, and discussions with subject matter experts (SMEs).
  • Participate in peer review processes to improve documentation quality and adhere to company writing style guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of existing documentation processes, standards, checklists, and templates.
  • Suggest screen labels and error messages with a focus on improving the customer experience (UX).
  • Skilled in writing, editing, reviewing, and scrutinizing a variety of documents.
  • Coordinate with onsite trainers for required document deliverables.
  • Proven English writing skills.
  • Knowledge of MSTP is required. Exposure to familiarity with programming languages is not required but will be a plus.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Good decision-making and planning skills, strong research skills, high attention to detail, and team player skills.
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude and analytical skills.
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Visio.
