Job Summary

Lead a team of engineers in designing and implementing complex network infrastructure for customers. Ensure high-quality service delivery, manage projects, and perform advanced analysis to resolve complex incidents.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement large-scale customer networks with WAN, LAN, WLAN components.
  • Create and maintain documentation for network implementation, including change approval processes.
  • Coach and guide other engineers at a technical level to provide support and services to customers.
  • Manage project deliverables, lead and assist in defining project strategies, and own projects with small teams.
  • Perform fourth-level support for Operations as part of the Incident and Problem Management Process.
  • Develop processes for engineers to follow, ensuring successful solution delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two or more technical certifications at associate or professional levels related to relevant product areas.
  • Technical knowledge and experience to Juniper JNCIP or JNCIE level with focus on WAN, LAN, WLAN.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with Aruba Central, Aruba switches, and Aruba WLAN highly beneficial.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and comprehension essential.
Preferred Experience
  • 8 or more years' technical experience in design and implementation of large-scale customer networks.
  • Experience within telecommunications organisations or international companies beneficial.
  • Ability to give guidance and coaching to other engineers at a technical level.
