Job Title:

Senior Network Engineer Level 3

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our organization. This individual will be responsible for providing L3 network support, troubleshooting complex issues, and managing network devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L3 network support for routing, switching, and firewall configurations across multiple client environments.
  • Remotely access devices at various client locations to perform diagnostics and resolution of network-related issues.
  • Collaborate with NOC, SOC, and Help Desk teams to resolve escalated tickets within SLAs.
  • Monitor network traffic and proactively resolve network issues.

Additional responsibilities include firewall management and configuration, infrastructure monitoring and documentation, SD-WAN and cloud network management, and client communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in network support with L3-level expertise in troubleshooting complex network issues.
  • Extensive experience with networking technologies including routing, switching, and firewall management.
  • Hands-on experience with Juniper, HP Aruba, Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and WatchGuard firewalls and devices.
  • Strong knowledge of SD-WAN technologies and the configuration of cloud-managed network devices.
  • Experience working with Azure and AWS network configurations is a plus.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS: Cisco CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto Networks PCNSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar certifications.
