Job Description:
As a Senior Legal Associate, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents such as software escrow agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and addendums. You will negotiate agreement terms with customers and ensure timely handling of customer queries.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law with strong documentation skills
- Professional experience in contract management in IT or BPO domain
