IT Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and contracting for IT Infrastructure Products and Services, Office IT Products and Services, and Cloud and Datacenter services.
In this role, you will be responsible for fostering effective collaboration and communication with key client stakeholders and colleagues to deliver defined business goals. You will develop a key client stakeholder matrix per category/location, maintaining regular engagement and driving high levels of client engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, you will ensure appropriate supplier relationship management for assigned suppliers.
Your responsibilities will also include performing spend and contract analysis to identify sourcing and cost reduction opportunities. You will formulate category-specific cost/license/service models to meet business needs and work with clients and colleagues to define and implement IT strategies and sourcing area plans.
As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will lead and execute IT (HW, SW, SaaS, Network, Telecom, Co-lo) sourcing projects from end-to-end in line with agreed timelines and service quality. You will deliver allocated savings targets through the effective management of sourcing initiatives and adhere to defined sourcing policies and processes.
Requirements:- A university degree in economics or supply chain management is preferred;
- Additional sourcing/procurement certification is advantageous;
- Strong oral and written English communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Simplified Chinese; and
- At least 12-15 years of experience in strategic sourcing in an international environment.
