We have been designing, building, and managing custom homes and commercial buildings since 1996. Our portfolio features 8 projects with over 4500 units across various locations, spanning a total saleable area of approximately 14 million square feet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop HVAC systems for high-rise residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in compliance with ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards
  • Lead the HVAC design process for individual projects
  • Calculate heating and cooling needs, design HVAC systems, propose new products, and technologies, and evaluate their feasibility
  • Conduct techno-commercial evaluations and provide recommendations
  • Propose energy-saving and environmentally friendly designs and products
  • Calculate ventilation requirements and determine budgetary costs for heating and cooling systems
  • Coordinate with architects and other discipline engineers during system design
  • Analyze architectural and structural drawings to inform design decisions
  • Provide detailed input for junior engineers and drafting engineers to prepare quality drawings
  • Monitor drawing progress and quality in Revit and CAD until the GFC stage
  • Identify discrepancies in architectural or structural drawings and notify the relevant teams within two working days
  • Prepare concept designs based on final architectural drawings
  • Compile documents for sanction purposes according to codes and local norms
  • Attend design review meetings and obtain signoff on concept designs before proceeding to detail design
  • Prepare design brief reports and create detailed designs based on approved concepts and schemes
  • Check drawings against checklists and submit them as per commitments
  • Create HVAC duct routes and equipment layouts in Revit/BIM
  • Detailed duct route design, BOM preparation, and all HVAC drawings using Revit/BIM software
  • Prepare BOQs, estimates, technical specifications, and takeoff sheets
  • Prepare tender drawings, specifications, and BOMs for floating tenders
  • Evaluate tenders technically and recommend vendors
  • Conduct site visits and quality checks during construction
  • Obtain LEED/IGBC certification for buildings
  • Review shop drawings and technical data sheets
  • Maintain documentation of all design materials and drawings
  • Handover inspections as required
  • Use specialized software to create product designs and drawings
  • Prepare equipment manuals and maintenance booklets for site teams
  • Develop As-Built drawings with the in-house team
  • Construction Administration
  • Evaluate test reports and oversee construction of HVAC systems for all projects
  • Review equipment and material submittals
  • Assist and resolve HVAC issues during and after construction
  • Complete construction visits and address HVAC system-related issues

  • Education/Experience
