Leadership Trainer Position

We are seeking an experienced leadership trainer to enhance leadership capabilities, improve managerial skills, and foster teamwork.

  1. Develop Leadership Competencies: Enhance decision-making, strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and communication skills through effective training programs.
  2. Managerial Skills Training: Deliver workshops on team management, performance evaluation, coaching, and conflict resolution to equip managers with the necessary skills.
  3. Team Building & Collaboration: Organize team-building exercises and workshops to promote effective communication, trust-building, and collaboration among teams.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Train employees on best practices for client management, improving communication with clients, handling client expectations, and managing conflict.
  5. Behavioral Skills Development: Develop training modules to improve behavioral skills, such as conflict resolution, stress management, negotiation, active listening, and adapting to organizational change.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 5-7 years of experience in leadership training or a related field.
  2. Skills: Proven experience in developing and delivering leadership training programs, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong facilitation skills.
  3. Education: MBA or a related postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a similar field.
