**Investment Opportunities Analyst Role**

This role involves analyzing and closing investment opportunities. The key responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting thorough due diligence on potential investments, evaluating their financial health and growth prospects.
  2. Analyzing macroeconomic and microeconomic factors affecting target companies, assessing the impact of market trends and regulatory changes.
  3. Preparing investment memorandums for presentation to stakeholders, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
  4. Negotiating transaction documents and monitoring portfolio companies post-investment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) qualification, demonstrating expertise in finance and business management.
  • 0-5 years of experience in debt investments or credit evaluation, showcasing knowledge and skills in financial analysis and portfolio management.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial statements, insolvency laws, and database management systems, enabling effective data-driven decision-making.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, are also essential for success in this role.
