Job Title: AI Governance Expert

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the strategic implementation and governance of Artificial Intelligence tools.

You will oversee the overall governance of AI tools, addressing and resolving issues related to their optimal functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage data privacy controls to prevent the training of AI models on sensitive data and enforce zero-retention policies.
  • Deliver comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for AI usage to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Track and analyze model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures.

As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AI tools, you will address and resolve complex technical issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements.

This role requires strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and experience delivering training and creating documentation.
