Job Overview

The position of Inventory Management Specialist is crucial for the smooth operation of our raw material inventory management system.

This role requires a high level of accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can take ownership of day-to-day operations, manage stock levels, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent knowledge of inventory management techniques, including FIFO and FEFO. You should also have strong documentation and record-keeping skills, as well as good coordination and communication skills.

A graduate or diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics/Science/Commerce or related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in raw material store management.

You should also have hands-on experience with ERP systems, such as SAP/Oracle/Tally, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

  • Excellent knowledge of inventory management and material control.
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a team of store assistants and handlers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
