Job Description

You will oversee warehouse operations for uniforms, welcome kits, and student modules. Your expertise in inventory control, dispatch planning, vendor coordination, and process improvement will ensure seamless distribution to multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stock keeping of all categories – uniforms, welcome kits, and student modules.
  • Forecast demand based on academic cycles and regional requirements.
  • Supervise cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of physical vs. system inventory.
  • Manage replenishment planning with procurement teams.
Dispatch & Logistics Operations
  • Plan and execute logistics operations to multiple locations within defined timelines.
  • Supervise packing, labeling, and documentation for accuracy.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with logistics/courier partners for timely delivery.
  • Monitor shipment movement, resolve escalations, and ensure zero service gaps.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a liaison for various teams for logistics requirements.
  • Align with stakeholders on material needs and delivery schedules.
  • Manage escalations related to shortages, delays, or damages.
Process Compliance & Reporting
  • Implement procedures for warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations.
  • Track key performance indicators – logistics accuracy, turnaround time, delivery adherence.
  • Prepare management information systems & dashboards (stock movement, pending orders, aging inventory).
  • Identify areas for process optimization and cost efficiency.
