Job Title: Senior Costing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Costing Manager to lead our costing efforts in India. As a key member of our Global Operations team, you will be responsible for driving costing performance, implementing costing processes and standards, and ensuring compliance with global policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide costing leadership and guidance to ensure accurate information is provided to Creation Centers and Tier 1 suppliers
  • Assist Sourcing Operations and LO Manufacturing Excellence teams in achieving brand margin targets and process improvement initiatives
  • Lead and drive costing audits and propose improvement areas with supplier partners
  • Drive compliance and improvement of global costing policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • University degree or technical degree in apparel, footwear, or manufacturing
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the apparel or footwear industry with costing responsibility
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of country, regional, and global cost drivers
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
