Job Purpose

We are seeking a skilled professional to support managers in delivering exceptional services and achieving positive outcomes for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cost management principles, sound commercial knowledge, and excellent technical capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Team Leaders and Service Leaders to deliver real estate-led developments, taking on day-to-day responsibilities and demonstrating the ability to work independently.
  • Assist in coaching and developing subordinate team members to achieve service excellence.
  • Deliver high-quality work outputs within set timelines.
  • Embed JLL best practices, utilize technology, and drive innovation in service delivery.
  • Interpret client or senior manager briefs and convert them into effective delivery plans.
  • Take ownership of small to medium-sized projects or significant components of larger Cost Management assignments.
  • Comply with business risk and project delivery parameters, including scope of service agreements.
  • Capture and share knowledge, contributing to service improvement and innovation.
  • Develop leadership skills, work collaboratively as part of a team, and represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in the cost management field.
  • Proven track record of working in cost management, with some fit-out experience desirable.
  • Degree in a related subject (e.g., BE/B.Tech - Civil).
  • MRICS qualification advantageous.
