Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Delve into business analysis studies of company potential, industry risks, and management vulnerabilities to resolve stressed and special situation assets.
  • Closely monitor early warning signals, cash flows, operational, and financial performance of allocated portfolios.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of credit files/security documentation and implement corrective actions in case of discrepancies.
  • Maintain seamless communication with all stakeholders, including company officials, other lenders, and internal stakeholders, to ensure timely implementation of bank strategies for allocated portfolios.
  • Work closely with the Legal team on cases involving litigation and interact with advocates for filing suits or initiating legal action under SARFAESI, NCLT, DRT, etc.
  • Focus on value realization from portfolios through cross-selling, advising, and developing sustainable business plans.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Strong background in Credit Analytics/Experience in handling stressed accounts (Desirable).
  • Proficiency in preparing Credit Appraisal and Financial Analysis reports.
  • In-depth knowledge of RBI Guidelines/IBR-related guidelines/restructuring principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
