We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Mobility Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Windows Expertise: Act as Subject Matter Expert for Windows endpoint management capabilities.["]
  • Production Support: Provide support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment.["]
  • Device Lifecycle Management: Serve as escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement).["]
  • Manage policy creation, task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration profile development, OS updating, application packaging and management, endpoint security, and automate operational procedures and processes.["]
  • Research and recommend solutions to improve and streamline end-user and business experience.["]
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.["]
  • Participate in projects and provide updates on scope, requirements, timelines, and priorities.["]
  • Communicate and document technical information clearly and effectively.["]
  • Contribute to Community of Practice and project-based meetings."]

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience.["]
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Device Lifecycle Management, Troubleshooting & remote management, and Experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence.["]
  • Good understanding of Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.["]
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.["]
  • Experience working in complex, large-scale environments.["]
  • Proven success in delivering results on complex cross-functional projects."]
