Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IT infrastructure manager to oversee the strategic development and management of our organization's IT systems. This role requires expertise in hybrid environment management, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Development
    • Develop and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives and scalability requirements.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management
    • Manage hybrid environments (e.g., Nutanix, cloud migrations) with cost optimization in mind.
  • Security and Compliance
    • Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Team Leadership and Management
    • Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers and support staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and facilitate growth opportunities.
  • Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
    • Design, implement, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting
    • Oversee proactive monitoring of systems and networks; resolve incidents efficiently and effectively.
  • Vendor and Budget Management
    • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and infrastructure budgets; recommend cost-effective solutions that meet business needs.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain detailed system/process documentation and prepare reports on infrastructure health and key performance indicators (KPIs).
