Deputy Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for promoting safety guidelines and achieving Zero Incident & Zero Accident goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote safety guidelines and achieve Zero Incident & Zero Accident goals.
  • Resolve breakdown calls and service issues per SLA for AMC/Warranty customers.
  • Execute UPS service projects, including site surveys, installations, and lifecycle part replacements.
  • Generate leads during site visits and work with sales teams for successful conversion.
Role Requirements:
  • Use BFS tools in Salesforce for time sheet entry, productivity tracking, and KPI adherence.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction and meet NSS targets, promoting Schneider services.
  • Track service business enquiries and support offer submission and conversion.
  • Be a digital ambassador, utilizing BFS platform for digitized tasks and software usage.
