Leadership Role in Digital Asset Management

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our digital asset management efforts.

This strategic position involves overseeing a team of specialists, driving performance targets, and crafting innovative strategies for effective digital collections.

  • Team Leadership & Management:
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to a team of digital collections agents to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback.
    • Nurture a positive and high-performance work environment.
    • Maintain oversight of team performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance protocols.
  • Digital Collections Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement targeted digital collections campaigns across various channels, such as email, SMS, social media, and chat.
    • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and enhance recovery rates.
    • Leverage data analytics to segment customer portfolios and tailor communication approaches.
    • Collaborate with the analytics team to create and refine digital collections models.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Show expertise in Microsoft Excel to track team performance, analyze campaign results, and produce comprehensive reports.
    • Publish regular performance reports using PowerPoint for senior management and stakeholders.
    • Analyze data to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements and strategic improvements.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing updates on collection performance.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance:
    • Identify and implement process efficiencies to streamline digital collections operations.
    • Ensure all collections activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital collections and customer engagement.
