Job Title: Business System Developer

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious software engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of impactful business systems.

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for designing and developing new features and enhancements for our core platforms and services. You will also contribute to the modernization and refactoring of existing systems and code bases.

Additionally, you will propose, experiment with, and implement GenAI-driven innovations, tools, or workflows to solve business problems and create new value.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will drive technical improvements, suggest and lead platform upgrades, and champion engineering best practices.

You will investigate, debug, and resolve production issues, delivering robust solutions that improve performance and maintainability.

Finally, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet our customers' needs.



Requirements:
  • Programming Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Python and its standard libraries
  • Web Development: Experience developing backend APIs and services using FastAPI/Flask
  • Message Queueing: Proficiency in implementing message queues and task distribution using RabbitMQ
  • Docker & Containerization: Experience containerizing applications and managing services using Docker & Docker Compose
  • Web Scraping: Demonstrated expertise with webscraping tools and techniques
  • Browser Automation: Practical experience with browser automation frameworks such as Playwright & Selenium
  • Database Management: Proficient in SQL and ORM-based data access using PostgreSQL & SQLAlchemy
  • NoSQL Database: Experience with NoSQL data using MongoDB & PyMongo
  • Caching: Practical use for caching and lightweight messaging using Redis
  • Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS, including S3, Secrets Manager, and Auto Scaling Groups(using boto3)
  • System Administration: Comfort with command-line operations and scripting on Linux/Unix
  • Version Control: Proficient in version control and team collaboration using Git
  • Concurrency: Experience with multithreading and asynchronous programming in Python
  • API Integrations: Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs, including authentication, data handling, and rate limiting
