Job Title: Building Systems Integration SpecialistOverview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the integration of building systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and planning mechanical, electrical power and distribution, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive system designs that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with architects, construction managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
  • Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of equipment and components for all MEP systems.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in high-rise buildings, residential buildings, and townships.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, power systems, and water distribution.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Aptitude for critical thinking and resolving complex technical challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with building information modeling (BIM) software.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability principles.
