Educational Background
  • Hold an undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Experience working with industry-standard applications
  • Strong understanding of business processes and operational environments
  • Proven consulting experience with clients
  • Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to gain consensus from others
Principal Responsibilities and Essential Requirements
  1. Maintain expertise with industry-standard applications
  2. Develop and grow subject matter knowledge on leading-edge products
  3. Conduct design sessions and consulting events on application solutions
  4. Provide best practice, optimization, and assessment consulting
  5. Collaborate with team members to deploy solutions
  6. Schedule and organize events related to application consultancy
  7. Configure, review, and test configuration and usage of applications
  8. Create, review, and update documentation
  9. Provide regular updates to clients with progress
  10. Deliver Instructor Led Training to clients for solution implementation
Minimum Qualifications
  • Understanding of software solutions and industry standards
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' industry experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team during implementation
  • Consulting experience translating model and business process knowledge to clients
  • Proven experience demonstrating enterprise software solutions to clients
  • Working knowledge of large-scale software solutions
  • Ability to effectively structure, organize, and deliver consultative solution sessions
