Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Centered Product Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and translating user needs into elegant designs for web and mobile applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a design strategy that meets user needs and aligns with business goals.
  • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for various applications used in laboratory, manufacturing, and enterprise environments.
  • Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Maintain consistency with branding, design systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate UI with APIs, RPA bots, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Design visual content including banners, communications, newsletters, and report layouts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in product design, preferably in R&D.
  • Experience in web programming, JavaScript, React/Angular.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of web and application design principles and aesthetics.
