Service Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Design Specialist to join our team.

  • Responsibilities:

As a Service Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating innovative service programs and proposals that align with client-specific needs. This will involve conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating service design workshops, and identifying opportunities where human-centered innovation can drive value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored innovation programs and detailed proposals.
  • Conduct research to inform strategic directions and create qualitative analysis reports.
  • Provide methodology support to corporate teams in the different phases of each project.
  • Identify opportunities where service design and human-centered innovation can add client value.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space.
  • Master user-centered design methodologies at every step of the service design process.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions.
  • Able to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies.
  • Understanding of technological trends and challenges.
