As a leading corporate law firm, we are seeking an accomplished Advocate to join our dynamic international corporate/commercial team. We require a lawyer who can independently evaluate complex legal issues and provide practical solutions in simple English to clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year PQE as an Advocate in India, an LLB or equivalent degree from an Indian national law school (or equivalent) and ranked in the top 20%. The candidate must also have previous experience with a tier-1 corporate law firm in India in M&A, Private Equity or General Corporate practice.

Key requirements include:

  • A strong analytical mindset and ability to think critically
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
