Job Description

We are searching for a Senior Influencer Relations Professional to ensure operational excellence across the organization's Influencer Marketing vertical and increase the company's Influencer network and relationships.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, planning, designing proposals or pitch decks, and executing influencer marketing briefs.

  • Developing detailed proposals, presentations, and pitch decks that meet client requirements.
  • Researching, recruiting, and onboarding influencers, content creators, and celebrities with great negotiation tactics and process downloading.
  • Maintaining a database of influencers and adding new ones to assigned categories/genres.
  • Building strategic relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners, including celebrity management agencies, content creator networks, and micro-influencer groups.
  • Cordinating with internal team members and external partners for seamless campaign execution.
  • Achieving quarterly goals and targets of successful campaign execution and high margins for all campaigns.
  • Reviewing and analyzing key metrics of campaigns and creating insightful reports and reasoning for influencer activation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Social media savvy and 6-1 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (emails, Excel, PPT, Word) and social media insights & analytics.
  • Ability to work as a team, organize tasks, and use smart negotiation and convincing tactics.
  • High interpersonal, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
