Job Summary

This Senior Manager role involves leading multiple projects and teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance financial performance. About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes, developing and implementing process improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve shared goals. Your expertise in finance and accounting will be instrumental in informing strategic decisions and driving business results.

Responsibilities

- Lead month-end reporting, including volume, NR, and NOPBT flash updates, and present to leadership
- Develop and maintain robust management reports that provide insights into actuals vs plan, vs last forecast, vs PY analysis
- Analyze and report on actual results tracking against AOP/forecast during monthly POR, identifying potential risks/opportunities and course corrective initiatives
- Partner with key stakeholders to prepare and review forecasts/AOP, and lead monthly forecast deliverables
- Prepare NOPBT Cause of Change Walk and present root cause for change in financials
- Lead business critical documents like POR submission, operating cash flow submission, and OCF Cause of Change analysis

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 8-9 years of experience preferred in FP&A, FMCG preferred
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in commerce/business administration/economics with high level of finance/accounting experience CA/ICWAI/MBA/CPA Finance is preferred
- Sound knowledge of financial systems (SAP, Tableau, HFM, MS Office, and other financial reporting systems)
- Strong understanding of business processes and technical knowledge of management reporting and planning processes
- Exceptional communication skills, proficiency in English language
