Project Manager Leadership

We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects across various domains. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering Agile and Lean principles to streamline processes and optimize delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across product engineering, cloud, AI/ML, data engineering domains.
  • Foster Agile and Lean principles to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and optimize delivery efficiency.
  • Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to agreed scopes, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Conduct project reviews, audits, and track non-compliances & red flags.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and excellence.
  • Guide Project Managers in planning, execution, problem-solving, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years of experience in a delivery management role.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and latest SDLC/Devops practices.
  • Exposure to software services projects within product engineering, applications, cloud, data, AI/ML.
  • Good high-level understanding of technology approach, implementation, and architectures concepts.
  • Proven experience in managing delivery in challenging project environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and collaboration within teams and with customers.
  • Experience in managing North American, UK, European customers across diverse industries and project models.
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence for understanding team and customer sentiments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
