Role Overview

As a data professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution and optimization of various programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate education programs across districts to ensure effective implementation.
  • Analyze and clean large datasets to track program impact and identify areas for improvement.
  • Curate reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for stakeholders to keep them informed of progress.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to build capacity among teachers and administrators on data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights that inform product development.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer applications, social sciences, or a related field is required.
  • Two to four years of experience in data analysis, monitoring and evaluation, or tech-enabled program execution is expected.
  • Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and data analysis tools, including programming and database skills, is necessary.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages for effective stakeholder engagement is essential.
  • A passion for creating real social impact through data-driven decision making is required.
