High-Performing Google Ads Specialist

Overview:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads Specialist who can develop and execute high-performing campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Google Ads strategies to drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Optimize and improve existing campaigns to increase ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ads with content, SEO, and dev efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Google Ads management with a strong understanding of targeting options, ad formats, and bidding strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Airtable for performance tracking is a plus.
