Cashfree Payments Seeks Experienced Learning Leader
We are looking for a seasoned Learning and Development (L&D) professional to join our Human Resources team as the Chief Learning and Talent Development Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs that enhance the skills, performance, and knowledge of our employees.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan that aligns with Cashfree Payments' business goals and objectives, driving employee growth and company success.
- Design and implement engaging learning programs, workshops, and initiatives that address the development needs of employees at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and innovation within the organization, encouraging employees to take ownership of their growth and career progression.
- Facilitate effective training sessions, using a variety of delivery methods including in-person, virtual, and blended learning, to ensure maximum impact and retention.
- Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization, informing strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with leadership and managers to integrate learning solutions with performance management systems, ensuring alignment with employee goals and organizational objectives.
- Partner with external vendors and consultants to source, develop, and deliver high-quality training content when necessary, leveraging best practices and industry expertise.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and data analysis, reporting on learning outcomes and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Design and implement leadership development programs that cultivate the next generation of leaders within Cashfree Payments, driving talent pipeline development and succession planning.
- Manage the learning and development budget effectively, ensuring cost-effective solutions that deliver measurable ROI and drive business value.
