About the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in bolstering FIA's volunteer arm while supporting program operations. Based in Churu, with travel across districts, the incumbent creates structured volunteer experiences, ensures alignment with program teams, and amplifies impact on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Manage Volunteer Ecosystem: Supplement program operations with a well-structured volunteer system.
  • Lead Volunteer Recruitment, Onboarding, and Mentorship: Inspire and coordinate diverse groups to contribute meaningfully.
  • Design Learning-Oriented Opportunities: Enable volunteers to make a significant impact through meaningful contributions.
  • Facilitate Collaboration between Volunteers and Program Teams: Ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration.
