Job Title: Marketing Strategy Executive

DreamzKrraft is a leading wedding planning company specializing in curating unforgettable weddings.

We offer various services, including venue selection, decor design, entertainment, and personalized coordination.

Bespoke weddings are tailored to individual couples' unique styles, reflecting our innovative approaches and keen eye for detail.

We are a brand trusted for bringing dreams to life and creating memories.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop overarching marketing strategy and execution plans for DreamzKrraft projects and events.
  2. Lead last-mile execution and coordination with external agencies and platforms for promotions and brand visibility.
  3. Oversee brand integrations, partnerships, and collaborations for events.
  4. Maintain content calendar, strategize content pieces, and ensure approvals for DreamzKrraft's digital presence.
  5. Liaise with agencies to ensure well-written, grammatically accurate content published on time across digital platforms.
  6. Manage digital assets and upkeep social media handles, creative libraries, and brand collaterals.
  7. Run lead optimization: call and follow up with leads, tracking conversions and reporting.
  8. Oversee company PR activities for consistent brand positioning.
  9. Curate website updates with new events, news, and PR activities (maintenance already in place).
  10. Identify great content opportunities, ensuring alignment with brand tone, and amplify through the right channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Strong content writing and editing abilities (grammar, tone, accuracy).
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional plans.
  • Ability to multitask and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Strong eye for content trends and creative storytelling.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments, both independently and in teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of prior work experience in marketing, business development, communications, or similar roles (preferably in events, entertainment, or lifestyle industries).
