Search Marketing Professional

About the role –

We are seeking a Search Marketing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge in various search and social platforms, including Google Ads, SA360, Bing Ads, Apple Search, Amazon Search, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat etc.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring optimal levels of resource utilization and keeping stakeholders updated.
  • Driving quality delivery as per defined SLAs.
  • Implementing tools and processes within the team.
  • Motivating team members through regular touch points and team engagement activities.
  • Providing strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills for various audiences.
  • Displaying a sense of ownership and responsibility for team/client management, performance monitoring & reviews.
  • Managing end-to-end campaigns on Meta, Twitter, etc.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry news and developments, analyzing trends, and adopting best practices.
  • Driving new tests, analyzing performance, and providing insights on how performance could be improved.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in online marketing tools and best practices.
  • 1-5 years of experience in Paid Social ads specifically.
  • Experience in Meta, Instagram, Twitter, and end-to-end campaign management specifically reach and frequency campaigns.
  • Team and Client management skills.
  • Subject-matter-expertise in Search.
  • Effective time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of different digital marketing channels is a plus.
