Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of soft service delivery, including cleaning services, landscaping, events management, and inventory control.

The Duty Manager will work closely with senior managers, facility teams, and business units to achieve client satisfaction and drive account growth. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing the annual management plan, achieving key performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and exposure to FM business at a large corporate client
  • University degree or professional qualification in Hospitality Management
  • Over 5-6 years experience in facilities operation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lead high-performing teams
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
